subject lands, as shown on the map portion of the Development Limitations attached to the <br />proposed intergovernmental agreement as Exhibit A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed intergovernmental agreement is in <br />the best interests of the City and its citizens. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposed Intergovernmental Agreement entitled U.S. 36 Corridor <br />Comprehensive Development Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Intergovernmental <br />Agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of Louisville, subject to the requirement that <br />the Agreement be executed by the City of Boulder, the Town of Superior and the County of <br />Boulder.
