Approve Purchase of F250 % Ton 4 X 4 Pickup with Snow Plow <br />Equipment <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk explained the City Council generally meets at 7:00 p.m., but because party <br />caucuses begin at 7:00, the City Council meeting was moved up to 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />John Leary, 1116 LaFarge Avenue, Louisville, CO corrected a statement made by a <br />Western Golf Properties representative who spoke at the March 2 meeting. The <br />representative stated the Coal Creek Golf Course would not be in debt if it were not for <br />the debt service. Mr. Leary statl~d this is totally incorrect and explained the golf course <br />does not have a long-term capital improvement fund. <br /> <br />COUNCil INFORMATIONAL. COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilor Muckle encouraged all citizens to attend their party caucuses. Caucuses will <br />be held at the Louisville Middle School, Monarch K-8, and Eldorado K-8. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported DRCOG will be giving a special award to Deputy City Manager <br />Balser for her distinguished worlk as head of the Transportation Advisory Committee. <br />The US 36 Mayors and Commissioners will receive the Gold Award for their work on the <br />US 36 Project. The award ceremony will take place on April 28, 2010.
