<br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />SERIES 2010 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RECREATIONAL VEHICLE <br />SANITARY WASTE DISPOSAL FEES EFFECTIVE APRIL 12,2010 FOR <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORDO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City of Louisville Charter and the City of Louisville <br />Municipal Code, the City Council is authorized to fix, establish, maintain and provide for the <br />collection of rates, fees and charges. for provision of wastewater services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this resolution desires to establish the rates, fees and <br />charges for the disposal of recreational vehicle sanitary waste, effective April 12, 2010; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />For recreational vehicle dump station wastewater services provided by the City, the <br />following rates, fees, and charges shall apply effective April 12, 2010: <br /> <br />· Resident - The annual fee fi)r disposal of recreational vehicle sanitary waste is $20.00 per <br />calendar year per recreational vehicle. <br /> <br />· Non-Resident - The annual fee for disposal of recreation vehicle sanitary waste is $30.00 <br />per calendar year per recreation vehicle. <br /> <br /> <br />Ji2010. <br /> <br />I ,I'~' <br />. ,;- <br />/' "",7, <br />ti <br />/ ,: " / <br />'ff)kle,/' Sisle, Mayor <br /> <br />77 <br />
