<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF
<br />THE CITY OF lOUISVillE, COLORADO:

<br />SECTION 1. That the 2010 General Fund appropriation be decreased by
<br />$144,330, from $13,443,100 to $13,298,770.
<br />
<br />SECTION 2. That the 2010 Northwest Parkway Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $300, from $0 to $300.
<br />
<br />SECTION 3. That the 2010 McCaslin Interchange Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $500, from $0 to $500.
<br />
<br />SECTION 4. That the 2010 Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund
<br />appropriation be increased by $80,550, from $1,345,260 to $1,425,810.
<br />
<br />SECTION 5. That the 2010 Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund
<br />appropriation be increased by $152,000, from $230,100 to $382,100.
<br />
<br />SECTION 6. That the 2010 Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund appropriation
<br />be increased by $240, from $10,000 to $10,240.
<br />
<br />SECTION 7. That the 2010 Cemetery Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$38,850, from $109,340 to $'148,190.
<br />
<br />SECTION 8. That the 2010 Historic Preservation Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $200, from $31 !5,880 to $316,080.
<br />
<br />SECTION 9. That the 2010 Capital Projects Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $3,647,000, from $2,910,250 to $6,557,250.
<br />
<br />SECTION 10. That the 2010 Impact Fee Fund appropriation be increased
<br />by $150, from $520,000 to $El20,150.
<br />
<br />SECTION 11. That the 2010 Library Construction Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $120,000, from $0 to $120,000.
<br />
<br />SECTION 12. That the 2010 Water Utility Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $1,132,630, from $6,378,350 to $7,510,980.
<br />
<br />SECTION 13. That the 2010 Wastewater Utility Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $964,790, from $2,274,820 to $3,239,610.
<br />
<br />SECTION 14. That the 2010 Storm Water Utility Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $670, from $34'7,940 to $348,610.
