PARTIAL RELEASE OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS PARTIAL RELEASE OF AGREEMENT is made effective this day of .. ,2001 by the <br />City of Louisville, a Colorado municipal corporation whose address is 749 Mai~ Street, Louisville, Colorado 80027 <br />(the "City"), unto and in favor of the Northwest Parkway Public Highway Authority, a body politic and corporate <br />under the laws of the State of Colorado, whose address is 555 Eldorado Boulevard, Suite 130, Broomfield, CO <br />80021 (the "Authority"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS by the Agreement between the City of Louisville and M.D.C. Corporation and Boulder County <br />Land Venture dated March 22, 1983 (the "Agreement") and recorded in the records of Boulder County at Reception <br />No. 549586, M.D.C.
