<br /> SERIES 1990
<br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1990 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES
<br /> AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, CEMETERY,
<br /> DEBT SERVICE, CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION, WATER, WASTEWATER AND GOLF
<br /> COURSE FUNDS.
<br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that a need exists for an
<br /> increase in appropriations in the General, Capital Improvement,
<br /> Debt Service, Water, Wastewater and Golf Course Funds;and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City has reserved unanticipated revenue not
<br /> assured at the time of the adoption of the budget, from sources
<br /> other than the property tax mill levy;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF THE
<br /> CITY LOUISVILLE, COLORADO;
<br /> Section 1. That the 1990 General Fund Revenues are hereby
<br /> increased from $4,673,605 to $4,881,440 and the 1990 General
<br /> Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $4,673,605 to
<br /> $4,881,440, as described in Appendix A hereto.
<br /> Section 2. That the 1990 Capital Improvement Fund Revenues
<br /> are hereby increased from $1,605,900 to $2,120,560 and the 1990
<br /> Capital Improvement Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br /> $949,240 to $957,240, as described in Appendix B hereto.
<br /> Section 3. That the 1990 Cemetery Fund Revenues are hereby
<br /> increased from $197,400 to $200,000, as described in Appendix C
<br /> hereto.
<br /> Section 4. That the 1990 Debt Service Fund Revenues are
<br /> hereby increased from $630,090 to $677,090 and the 1990 Debt
<br /> Service Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $630,090
<br /> to $638,090, as described in Appendix D hereto.
<br /> Section 5. That the 1990 Capital Construction Fund Revenues
<br /> are hereby increased from $4,362,082 to $4,387,082, as described
<br /> in Appendix E hereto.
<br /> Section 6. That the 1990 Water Fund Revenues are hereby
<br /> increased from $2,522,331 to $3,145,755 and the 1990 Water Fund
<br /> appropriations are hereby increased from $2,775,895 to
<br /> $3,298,495, as described in Appendix F hereto.
<br /> Section 7 . That the 1990 Wastewater Fund Revenues are
<br /> hereby increased from $1,002,470 to $1,314,760 and the 1990
<br /> Wastewater Fund appropriations are hereby increased from
<br /> $1,134,780 to $1,149,780, as described in Appendix G hereto.
<br /> Section 8. That the 1990 Golf Course Fund Revenues are
<br /> hereby increased from $864,690 to $1,178,420 and the 1990 Coal
<br /> Creek Golf Course Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
