<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 29 <br /> (Revised) <br /> Series 1990 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PUD AND DEVELOP- <br /> MENT PLAN FOR COAL CREEK RANCH <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council by Coal Creek Associates an amendment to the Final <br /> Development Plan ("Amendment") for Coal Creek Ranch; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials re.lated to the PUD Amendment have <br /> been reviewed by the City StafE and Planning Commission and found <br /> to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdi- <br /> vision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concern- <br /> ing said Plan and Plat, the Planning Commission recommended to <br /> the City Council approval of said Amendment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Amendment should <br /> be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amendment to <br /> the Final Development Plan for Coal Creek Ranch as follows: <br /> The minimum rear yard setbacks for area B, as shown on the <br /> plan attached hereto as Exhibit A, are changed from 25 feet to 20 <br /> feet. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of szr , 1990. <br /> 4'd.?nIAt ~ <br /> H~rman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ~~. <br /> Donna Cummings, Ci tY~rk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> ,riffiths & Tanoue, <br /> City Attorneys <br />
