<br /> RESOLUTION NO.9 <br /> SERIES 1990 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 720-736 FRONT <br />STREET. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council by Jonathan J. Prouty a Final Development Plan ("Plan") <br />for 720-736 Front Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the General Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by the city staff and Planning Commission <br />and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordi- <br />nances, Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concern- <br />ing said Plat, the Planning Commission recommended to the City <br />Council approval of said Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Plan should be <br />approved; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final Devel- <br />opment Plan for 720-736 Front Street. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED t.his 6th day of February, 1990. <br /> ~~~ <br /> Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> -L~~~- <br /> Patrick D.
