December 19, 1989
Richard L. Greer
941 Garfield Avenue
Louisville, CO 80027
Mr. Paul S. Wood
City of Louisville
749 Main street
Louisville, CO 80027
Dear Paul,
.~';:~';~\r.;.:",i' ,:,i._<;~> '~,:::';
As suggested by the city, I am withdrawing my request for the
city to vacate the alley north of my property. Rather than
ask for vacation, at this time I would like to ask the city
to restrict traffic to the alley. The reasons for this are
the same as in my original letter.
I would ask the city to construct a gate across the alley
approximately half way. This would allow me to have access
to my driveway and garage. I would also ask that an
additional gate be constructed accross the alley parallel
with my west property line. I would be prepared to help
with the cost of these gates. If this is not feasible, I
will be happy to consider alternate methods.
My request would limit traffic to the alley to city
employees, the owner of the irrigation ditch to the north of
of the alley, and to my family.
If you have any questions or suggestions on this request or
any other topic, please feel free to call me at home at
665-7467 or work at 966-7558. I look forward to hearing
from you.
Sincerely,
7~ L..9;~
Richard L. Greer
