Flemin Estimate Councilman King moved that <br /> fine paymen in the amount of $1,193.31 be made to <br /> Fleming Construction for the building at Miner's <br /> Field. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll call <br /> vote - Deborski yes. King yes, Donovan yes, Scholl <br /> yes. Motion carried. <br /> B. Penner Estimate Councilman King moved that pay <br /> estimate for $32,401.00 be made to Penner Construct- <br /> ion. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Roll call vote <br /> Deborski yes, King yes. Donovan yea, Scholl yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> C. Water Igprovement Bids Mr. Wurl submitted a • <br /> bid analysis -three different schedules on the <br /> water line improvements. <br /> • Schedule 1. Area of South Boulder - tracks to <br /> Hiway 42. <br /> Schedule 2. Spruce and Lafayette Streets <br /> Schedule 3. Spruce St. <br /> Same bidders for all 3 schedules. McStain Corp. <br /> and Travis bids were also requested from Colorado <br /> Pipeline Inc. - two other bidders were American <br /> Pipeline and Tower Construction. Councilman King <br /> moved that the contract on water main extensions <br /> be awarded to American Pipeline, the low bidder, <br /> in the amount of $128,613.00. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Donovan. Completion with 90 days. Roll <br /> call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Donovan yes, <br /> Scholl yes. Motion carried. <br /> D. Street Overlay Bids Councilman Deborski moved <br /> that Flatiron Paving be awarded the bid on street <br /> overlays in the amount of $51,180.00; subject to re- <br /> ceiving favorable results on tests being conducted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman King. Roll call vote - Deboreki <br /> yes, King yes, Donovan yes. Scholl yes. Motion carried. <br />
