Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Paul Morris, and City Clerk McNulty. Absent City Treasurer William Henson. **11111‘ Councilman Jensen moved that the minutes be ac- cepted as presented. Seconded by Councilman De- borski. All in favor. Councilman Donovan moved to authorize Mayor to sign basic contract with Architectural Building Systems for construction of the Bathhouse. Seconded by Councilman Deboraki. Motion carried. ,OUNOSii,rCOMM£NTS: Councilman Deboraki requested that the City pursue a method whereby subdividers or devel- opera would provide funds or sites for senior citizens and low cost housing instead of giv- ing park land to the City, thus giving the City some control of the housing. Councilman Domenico moved to accept this request. Se- conded by Councilman Donovan. Roll call vote Jensen yea, Deboraki yes, Donovan yea, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried.
