Council <br /> member present were, Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux and DiCarlo. <br /> Absent, Councilman DelPizzo and City Treasurer Hasson. Other present <br /> were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris and City Clerk Santilli <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Berry stated that in the <br /> minutes of the last meeting a state- <br /> ment regarding the Ross Lawsuit was <br /> incorrect and he asked that it be <br /> corrected as he did not recommend that <br /> the City pay damages caused by a sewage <br /> block. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo and Councilwoman <br /> Scholl asked that their vote on the <br /> acceptance of bills be corrected to no. <br /> After corrections were made Mayor <br /> Waschak and Council approved the minutes. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl stated that the City received <br /> a letter from Boulder County Planning <br /> stating they are reviewing our master <br /> plan and will reply. <br /> A letter was received from }'re. Eugenia <br /> Carver stating she was in agreement <br /> with Mr. Scholl in reference to his <br /> letter about the community. <br /> Mr. Wurl read a letter from Mrs. Forbis <br /> in regards to CAC. They will have <br /> nominations for a new Chniroerson at <br /> their next meeting. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that the corres- <br /> pondence be accepted. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> STREET NAMES Mr, Wurl stated that Councilman Del- <br /> . Pizzo called him and asked about the <br /> possibility of changing some street <br /> names. The two streets in question <br /> were Lafayette Street and Garfield St. <br /> in the Parkwood Division. <br /> CONSORTIUM REPR?SE:TATlVE Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council- <br /> woman Scholl be deispnated as Louisvilles <br /> representative. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Berry. Motion carried. Councilman <br /> DiCarl.o asked about having an alternate <br /> an the committee. Councilwoman Dhieux <br /> was asked to serve as alternate. Coun- <br /> cilman Berry moved that Councilwoman <br /> Dhieux be designated as alternate. Se- <br /> conded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br /> carried. <br />
