�.f ..,.ter�^ ---7•r:.�, `, .- "-.. "• i. •p �,�r The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Waschak. Council member present were, Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux and DiCarlo. Absent, Councilman DelPizzo and City Treasurer Hasson. Other present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris and City Clerk Santilli ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Berry stated that in the minutes of the last meeting a state- ment regarding the Ross Lawsuit was incorrect and he asked that it be corrected as he did not recommend that the City pay damages caused by a sewage block. Councilman DiCarlo and Councilwoman Scholl asked that their vote on the acceptance of bills be corrected to no. After corrections were made Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes. CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl stated that the City received a letter from Boulder County Planning stating they are reviewing our master plan and will reply. A letter was received from }'re. Eugenia Carver stating she was in agreement with Mr. Scholl in reference to his letter about the community. Mr. Wurl read a letter from Mrs. Forbis in regards to CAC. They will have nominations for a new Chniroerson at their next meeting. Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. STREET NAMES Mr, Wurl stated that Councilman Del- . Pizzo called him and asked about the possibility of changing some street names. The two streets in question were Lafayette Street and Garfield St. in the Parkwood Division. CONSORTIUM REPR?SE:TATlVE Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council- woman Scholl be deispnated as Louisvilles representative. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarl.o asked about having an alternate an the committee. Councilwoman Dhieux was asked to serve as alternate. Coun- cilman Berry moved that Councilwoman Dhieux be designated as alternate. Se- conded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried.
