Councilwoman 'nhieux stated that she would like to be on the board because of the adverse publicity the City is getting about the ribarprehensive Plan, Annexation problems. etc. She felt that the actions Are without knowledge of whet our City is doing, and she felt someone should be there to repre- sent Louisville when all of this is brought up. Mr. Wurl is going to write a latter in reference to the matter. Councilman DiCarlo stated that the chairman of the Planning Commission should write a letter to Mr. Lang who is the City. representative on the Long Range Planning Commission and ask him to attend the next Planning Commission meeting. Mr. Wurl also stated that Louisville rarely is a topic of the Long Range Planning Com- mission. Councilman Berry felt that before a letter was written to the County Commissioners Council should speak with Mr. Lang. fir. Wurl was to rind out if Mr. Lang wished to continue to represent Louisville in the Long Range Planning Commission. Council would like to have Mr. Lang report to the Planning Commission as to what was discussed at the meetings. POLICE COMMISSION MEETIN; Councilman Domenico stated .a Police Commission meeting will be held February 27. 1974 at 7:30 P.M. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Council comments be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. URBAN RENEWAL VACANCY Dennis Lundberg stated that there were two vacancies in Urban Renewal. One was for Jack Lang and the other for Shirley Rupp. Mr. Lundberg asked that if anyone was interested to notify Urban Renewal . Mr . Lundberg also asked that a work session be set up with Council , Urban Renewal and Housing Authority for a time near April. 3.
