PARKING LOTS, CBD, & Mr. Wurl stated that the City is in the INDUSTRIAL LAND process of applying for grants on Parking Lots, the Development of Land and the CBD proposal. Councilman Domenico moved that the City Administrators report be accepted. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion carried. Dennis Lundberg stated that if the City needs any assistance in regards to applying for the grants, that the staff from LURA would be willing to help. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE #439 Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance VACATION ON EASEMENT #439 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dbieux yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE # 440 Councilwoman Scholl moved that Ordinance VACATION OF OLD PIPELINE #440 be ordered published. Seconded by EASEMENT Councilman Berry. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes , Dhieux yes. Motion carried. STREET NAME CHANGES Attorney Morris stated that street name changes should be made by Ordinance. Mr. Norris stated that it was his feeling that the changes be made by Ordinance, this way there would be the publication notice and people living on the street may voice there feeling on the matter. A memo from Mr. Dan White the City Engineer stated that street names should remain continuous for obtaining directions. He also stated that "Gaps in streets should not determine that the street name stops." No action was taken. REVISION OF HOUSING Councilwoman Scholl moved that Council AUTHORITY BUDGET authorize revision #1 of the LHA 1974 budget as proposed. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call.
