He then asked Mr. Chenoweth <br /> if our City Clerk had a copy of the program <br /> mentioned in the Resolution to have on file <br /> here. Mr. Chanoweth advised that she did not <br /> and he would see that she received It by <br /> June 14th, 1974. <br /> Councilwoman Scholl moved that Resolution t10. <br /> Series 1974 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Berry. Roll call vote - DiCarlo yes, <br /> DelPizzo yes, Ohieux yes, Scholl yes, Berry <br /> yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY Bill Gans commented that the Housing Authority <br /> BILL GAMS is still progressing with Grants for Elderly <br /> Housing. He also requested that he be notified <br /> a day or two ahead when the Finance Meeting <br /> will be and be placed on this agenda. <br /> Councilwoman Dhteux requested that she have <br /> a balance of the LHA account before March <br /> bills are approved, also a list of the in- <br /> cuaberances for April and May, before the <br /> Finance Committee meeting. <br /> CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE He stated that CAC' s first priority in any <br /> ED DEBORSKI situation was to consider water availability <br /> and storage rights. The second priority <br /> would be industrial development and economics. <br /> To date CAC had not received a response to <br /> their recommendations and he would like to <br /> have such a response from Council or the <br /> Planning Commission. After discussion, Mr. <br /> Deborski would be put on the agenda for the <br /> next regular Council meeting and a response <br /> given to his request. Council and Mr. Deborski <br /> agreed there was a deep gap in communications <br /> regarding the Sproul annexation. <br /> Mayor llaschak stated that in regards to the <br /> water situation, Coal Creek, the City is in- <br /> terested and to get involved with the pro- <br /> ject it will cost money. The way that this <br /> money will be available is by raising mill <br /> levy and taxation. <br /> On the Mizell situation Mayor Vaschak stated <br /> that he recalled a member of CAC stating <br /> that the City pass a moratorium on annex- <br /> ation. Mr. Deborski stated that that one <br /> individual was speaking from his own view <br /> point as CAC had written a letter to Council <br /> on their views of this. <br />
