Absent vu Councilwoman Scholl. Wir ate' AC ` ^ANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Berry asked for a correction to the minutes in regards to annexation die- r cession. He stated that the annexation i, ! should economically extend no further then the 1 instead of atothe the topoftthe hill plan in the minutes. After the correction Mayor Waschak and the Council approved the minutes. CORRESPONDENCE Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under the proper heading. Seconded by Council- man DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEM MAYHOFFER PROPERTY Mayor liaschak stated that he had received / a cell from Mrs. Mayhoffer in regards to the land settlement which the sewer plant is built on. Attorney Morris stated that he has been working on the matter. Mayor Waschak also stated that there was 1 a question brought up about the Mayhoffer ditches. Mr. White stated that the con- tractor was going to repair the ditches. Councilwoman Dhieux asked if there was e yathing that could be done with Mrs. May- hoffers ditches that are eroding the City property. Mr. Wurl stated that on South Street the City only has a 10' right of way. and the ditch is not in that 10' also it is up to the owner of the property the ditch rune through to wilt uut any problems they mtghttave. Mayor Wuehak asked if there was anything that could be done with the field North Louisville.which is full of weeds. Mr. WUR is to check into the situation. LHA RESIGNATION Mr. Wurl read a letter of resignation from Mr. Domenico on the LHA Board. Councilman Berry moved that Mr.. Domenicos' resignation
