He stated that the annexation <br /> i, ! should economically extend no further then <br /> the 1 instead of atothe the <br /> topoftthe hill plan <br /> in the minutes. <br /> After the correction Mayor Waschak and the <br /> Council approved the minutes. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Councilman Berry moved that the corres- <br /> pondence be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper heading. Seconded by Council- <br /> man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEM <br /> MAYHOFFER PROPERTY Mayor liaschak stated that he had received <br /> / a cell from Mrs. Mayhoffer in regards to <br /> the land settlement which the sewer plant <br /> is built on. Attorney Morris stated that <br /> he has been working on the matter. <br /> Mayor Waschak also stated that there was <br /> 1 a question brought up about the Mayhoffer <br /> ditches. Mr. White stated that the con- <br /> tractor was going to repair the ditches. <br /> Councilwoman Dhieux asked if there was <br /> e yathing that could be done with Mrs. May- <br /> hoffers ditches that are eroding the <br /> City property. Mr. Wurl stated that on <br /> South Street the City only has a 10' right <br /> of way. and the ditch is not in that 10' <br /> also it is up to the owner of the property <br /> the ditch rune through to wilt uut any <br /> problems they mtghttave. <br /> Mayor Wuehak asked if there was anything <br /> that could be done with the field North <br /> Louisville.which is full of weeds. Mr. <br /> WUR is to check into the situation. <br /> LHA RESIGNATION Mr. Wurl read a letter of resignation from <br /> Mr. Domenico on the LHA Board. Councilman <br /> Berry moved that Mr.. Domenicos' resignation <br />
