110 410 <br /> • <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR U1ORT <br /> WATER & SEWAGE REPORT Mr. Wurl stated that reports on these <br /> two articles were enclosed and he would <br /> like Council to review them. <br /> MUNICIPAL LEAGUE MEMU Mt. Wurl informed Council in regards to <br /> the memo and asked them to review it. <br /> ATTORNEY MORRIS LETTER Mr. Wurl read the letter from Attorney <br /> Morris in regards to the budget money. <br /> COAL CREEK RESOLUTION Mr. Wurl stated that a copy of the <br /> Resolution was given to each member <br /> for their review. <br /> Councilwoman Scholl roved that the City <br /> Administrators report be accepted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> E & F INDUSTRIES Attorney Morris stated that in the <br /> minutes of the past no remark was <br /> found in regards to the power of the <br /> explosive, but it would not be enough <br /> to cause a nuisance. <br /> Dr. Motes from E & F was at the meeting <br /> and stated that the amount of explosives <br /> that were now being used was 3% lbs. <br /> He stated that he did not think that <br /> this was causing the concussion in the <br /> amount that people felt there was. <br /> It was suggested that the City Engineer <br /> go down to one of the citizens homes <br /> and set how much noise there is. <br /> Councilwoman Dhieux asked that a copy <br /> of Dr. Motes report be placed on file <br /> within City Hall. <br /> • <br /> MAYHOFFER SUIT Attorney Morris reported that he was <br /> in the process of making up the papers <br /> to got the matter resolved. He <br /> stated that Mrs. Mayhoffer wanted to <br /> talk with her sons once again, but <br /> Attorney Morris stated that he was going <br /> to go ahead with the paper work to <br /> bring the matter for a court decision. <br /> Attorney Morris stated that she felt <br /> the amount of money was not enough. <br />
