A hand written letter requesting
withdrawal was given to Attorney Morris
by Mr. Steve Sproul.
Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council
accept Mr. Sproule request for withdrawal
of the annexation petition. He stated
that Mr. Stephan, the building inspector
felt that any electrical, plumbing. or
heating work should require a building
permit and inspection.
It was brought up about furnaces having
to be moved because they were placed in
the wrong place in the home but passed
inspection. Mrs .
