Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br /> Morris City Engineer White, City Treasurer Beason, and Oity ark <br /> Santilli. <br /> AOMPTAHdE OF MINUTES Mayor Wasehak and Council apptileved the <br /> minutes as read. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the <br /> correspondence be accepted and brought <br /> up under the proper heading. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS j <br /> NATIONAL GUARD REQUEST After Discussion, Councilwoman Scholl <br /> moved that the City support the request <br /> from the National Guard and have the <br /> Mayor sign the request. Seconded by <br /> Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> AUDITOR APPOINTMENT - 1974 Councilwoman Scholl moved that Alexander <br /> Grant b Company be approved to do the <br /> 1974 audit. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br /> Councilwoman Dhieux asked if the pro- <br /> posed amount will cover the audit expense. <br /> Mr. Hurl stated that it should take care <br /> of almost the complete audit. Motion <br /> carried to accept Alexander Grant & Co. <br /> C.A.C. DISCUSSIM Mayor Waschak stated that Council and <br /> CAC had a session in which they stated <br /> their feelings as to who CAC would be <br /> .vising. After discussion Councilwoman <br /> Sct:oll moved that the CAC be kept as <br /> advisors to the City Council. There <br /> was no second. <br /> Councilman Domenico then moved that CAC <br /> act as an advisor to the Planning Com- <br /> mdssion rather then the Council. Se- <br /> conded by Councilman Rerry. <br /> After discussion Councilman DiCarlo <br /> moved to amend the motion tabling the <br /> decision until it has been reviewed by <br /> the entire Council. Seconded by Council- <br /> man DelPizzo. Roll call on amendment: <br /> Domenico no, Berry no. Scholl no, Dhieux <br /> no. DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br /> defeated. <br /> Councilman Berry stated that he felt <br /> Council should be able to request advise <br /> from CAC on special matters. <br />
