• • ♦- LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 6 1974 - Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow ug Council members yeesent: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux. DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris City Engineer White, City Treasurer Messoa, and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Domenico moved that the min- utes be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by bo{![icL1 IuiF to Scholl, riaticm carried. CORRESPONDENCE Councilman b=rry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under the proper %sad of business. Seconded by Covncilr=n DiCarlo. Motion carried. It was decided that an adjourned meeting be held on November il, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the two matters. OF COAL CREEK r. Council was in- formed that there would be a Coat. Creek meeting on November 7, 1974, a: 7:30 P.M. Louisville City Halt. LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER Attorney Morris informed Council that CANDY DANCER Mt. Terry Grail, John Wicken, and Larry Grail were applying for the transfer of the Candy Dancer liquor license. Mr. Morris stated that the application was in order and that Mr. Terry Grail would be the manager of the restaurant. After discussion, Councilman Berry moved that the liquor license transfer for the Candy Dancer be accepted. Seconded by Council- man DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yea, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried.
