CITY PARK/NG LOT A question was brought up as to when the City parking lot was to be graveled. Mr. Wurl stated that he had the Counties word that they would haul and pour the gravel but as of yet we have had no response as to when. AUDIENCE COMMENTS Mk. Hershey representing C.A.C. asked that he be able to turn the questions from citizens over to Council at the first meeting in February regarding the sales tax ordinance which was defeated at the lart election. Council stated that it would be okay to get the information at that time. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT L.U.R.A. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Mr. Wurl stated that a meeting was held with LURA. He stated that it was decided at the meeting that three different quotes from consultants should be solicited for work that may need to be done in conjunction with the application. Mr. Wurl stated that there were some basic items which should be considered by LURA are: 1. Is a consultant needed to do some of the necessary work in con- junction with the grant. 2. Do they have any suggestions on changes relating to what was submitted to them as an operating procedure. 3. Haw are the change avers going to be financed. There should be some answers to these questions by the next Council meeting. Mt. Wurl stated that the matter will probably warrant a work session. Mr. Wurl stated that there was going to be a work shop in Colorado Springs on December 10,11, and 12 to review and train local officials in various aspects regarding community development. After discussion, Councilman DelPixzo moved that Mr. Chenoweth, Paul Morris, and Pat Scholl be allowed to go to Colorado Springs for the three days during the work shop. Seconded by Councilman Berry.
