Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Councilman Berry moved that correspon- <br /> dence he accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded <br /> by Councilman OiCarlo. Notion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> APPROVAL COAL CREEK BY-LAWS Councilman Berry moved that the Coal <br /> Creek By-Laws be approved as aweded. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll <br /> call . Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br /> yes, Dhieux yes, DelPixxo yes, DiCarlo <br /> yes. Motion carried. <br /> RUSTY BUCKET HEARING DATE A public hearing date was scheduled on <br /> January 21 , 1975 regarding a 3.2% liquor <br /> license to Mr. Louis Zarlengo. Council- <br /> man Domenico stated that he world ab- <br /> stain from all voting on this matter do <br /> to a previous business pa~tnership with <br /> Mr. Zarlengo. <br /> FERRERA LAND PROBLEM Mr. drug jobs , an attorney, representing <br /> Mr. Allen Ferrara on the land problem <br /> reviewed to Council what the matter was <br /> coil ira:ng. It was his suggestion that <br /> the City vacate a 10' right-of-way oer <br /> the south end of the block. M . Joss <br /> stated that in doing the vacation all <br /> the land owners wowid sign a legal dot- <br /> ument stating there acceptance of the <br /> changes. <br /> Mrs. Barbara McDonald of L.C.D.C. stated <br /> that if they are forced to move their <br /> building new surveys will have to be <br /> taken and she questioned who world inter <br /> the expenses for the new plans, etc. <br /> Mr. hurl read a memo from Mr. White stating <br /> that It was his suggestion not to vacate <br /> the 10' rite of way. <br />
