Mr. burl stated that he . felt that the crossing signals should bring attention to the person, and that a stop sign would not really draw that much attention. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the reports be accepted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Domenico. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS MRS. MOCK - MARCH OF DIMES Mrs. Mock representing the March of Dimes gave a brief review of the March of Dimes. Mr. Wurl read a proclamation slimed by the Mayor proclaiming January 2B, 1975 as Mother's march night in Louisville, and the month of January, 1975, as March of Dimes month. Mrs. Mock then introduced Mrs. Mitry DiLorenzo as the Louisville March of Dimes Chairman who passed out paaphi.ts on the March of Dimes program. Mr. Hershey asked that Council approve Mrs. Mary Shipton to serve on tho C.A.C. Board. Councilman DelPizzo moved to ap- point Mrs. Shipton to C.A.C. Board. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll , call . Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Mr. Hershy also asked that guidelines regarding the slide project be set up so the Board will have a basic idea air to what is desired. Mayor Maschak asked Mr. Hershey to speak with Mr. Murl on the subject. • CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT CROSS PANS Mr. Murl stated that the Administrations sugnsstion was since there is such a large sum of money involved, that the cross pan situation be incorporated with the capital improvements and spread out among tour or five years. -4- •
