Waschak informed Council that the purpose of the meeting was to disease • the amity Development Program, .., Mr. Gus Byrom, Oblingsr-Smith informed Council as to bar the priorities were developed for the Community Development funds. Mr. Byrom suggested that if Council wished the Storm Sewer System could be • changed to Water System Improvements. Be stated that he did check with B.O.D. and the expenditure of funds towards • this improvement is eligible as well as payment for principle and interest towards a bond. Councilman DiCarlo asked if urban de- velopment could be cut or would this jeopardize the grant. Mr. Byrom stated that it would jeopardize the urban de- velopment program in the City. • Council discussed the breakdown of funds through the program. Councilman DiCarlo suggested a cut on rehabilitation and administration. Mr. Chenowsth stated • that there is a possibility of matching funds and this would cut some homes out of the program.
