' <br /> Mr. Hurl stated that action must now be <br /> taken on the Resolutions pertaining to <br /> N.R. 1041. <br /> Mr. Hurl stated that Resolution 02B <br /> was no longer appropriate as It was adopted <br /> by the Planning Commission and that was <br /> all that was necessary. This resolution <br /> pertained to Subdivision Regulation Amend- <br /> ments. <br /> Mr. Donald Houlehan, represnting Mr. Miss* <br /> stated that there was concern on two <br /> issues in the Zoning Ordinance Amend ments. -4 <br /> He stated that the parking space require- <br /> ments and open space requlreseats are <br /> tied to the number of employees in the <br /> business and they felt this may be diffi- <br /> cult to determine. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that reasons behind the. <br /> parking and open space requirements were <br /> made by considering the type of development <br /> and felt this would be a good way to <br /> control the employment number. He also <br /> stated that if the requirements do not <br /> prove acceptable, the City can then amend - <br /> the provision; however he felt this was <br /> the only way the City can establish <br /> planning perimeter for the areas. <br /> Council then took action on the Resolutions <br /> pertaining to N.B. 1041. <br /> RESOLUTION 021 Councilman D1 Carlo moved that Resolution .. <br /> -- GEOLOGIC HAZARD AREAS 021, Series 1975, be adopted.
