She did not seoond the motion, it was dose by Councilman DiCarlo. On the voting for the acceptance of the agreement with First Savings Invest- ment Corp.; Councilman McDonald ab- stained from voting then voting yes as noted in the minutes. She stated that there should be a cor- rection in where the additional funds are coming from for the construction costs for the water storage tank. $16,174 will cove from water rites acquisition; $27,000 from water line improvements; $1,700 from fencing and $1, 336 from contingency which totals $56,312. Councilman Caranci corrected the minutes on the voting on the Gas & Oil Lease. The minutes stated he voted yes; they ars corrected to read "Caranci no". Councilman Caranci corrected the minutes on the voting of the agreement with FSIC. The minutes showed Councilman Caranci voting "yes" in favor of the agree- ment. The minutes now stand corrected with Councilman Caranci voting no on the agreement with FSIC. Councilman DiCarlo stated that the fol- lowing statement should be included in the minutes regarding the Oil & Gas Lease and the FSIC agreement. He stated that the reason he questioned Councilman McDonald on not voting on the 0i1 & Gas Lease is because it did not in- volve ?SIC, but the oil company. On the FSIC agreement he had no question.
