She did not seoond the <br />motion, it was dose by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />On the voting for the acceptance of <br />the agreement with First Savings Invest- <br />ment Corp.; Councilman McDonald ab- <br />stained from voting then voting yes as <br />noted in the minutes. <br />She stated that there should be a cor- <br />rection in where the additional funds <br />are coming from for the construction <br />costs for the water storage tank. <br />$16,174 will cove from water rites <br />acquisition; $27,000 from water line <br />improvements; $1,700 from fencing <br />and $1, 336 from contingency which <br />totals $56,312. <br />Councilman Caranci corrected the minutes <br />on the voting on the Gas & Oil Lease. <br />The minutes stated he voted yes; they <br />ars corrected to read "Caranci no". <br />Councilman Caranci corrected the minutes <br />on the voting of the agreement with <br />FSIC. The minutes showed Councilman <br />Caranci voting "yes" in favor of the agree- <br />ment. The minutes now stand corrected <br />with Councilman Caranci voting no on the <br />agreement with FSIC. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that the fol- <br />lowing statement should be included in <br />the minutes regarding the Oil & Gas <br />Lease and the FSIC agreement. <br />He stated that the reason he questioned <br />Councilman McDonald on not voting on the <br />0i1 & Gas Lease is because it did not in- <br />volve ?SIC, but the oil company. On <br />the FSIC agreement he had no question. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />
