COUNCIL =mu 21. 1978 Mayor Wuchak called the regular slating to order with the following Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, McDonald and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Beeson and City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Attorney Morris and Ci4y Engineer White. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman DiCarlo requested that the minutes pertaining to Ordinance 9518 be corrected to reflect that Council- man DiCarlo voted not to accept the ordinance. With the correction the minutes were approved. COUNCIL ITEMS PARICWOOD FILING 92 Mr. Sam Reiter stated that the change AMENDED PLAT PUBLIC of the plat involves larger lots in some HEARING areas of the plat where the small lots are eliminated. Wood Brs4. purchased the lots outside of their ownership to complete the drainage plan. Mr. Reiter stated that the deeds to the drainage property will be tendered to the City. Mr. Hefter gave Council a brochure with some of the types of houses that will be built in the area. Councilman McDonald asked how many homes would be built in the area. Mr. Reiter stated that there would be approximately 83 homes built however, there is a second portion of the plat containing 38 more making a total of 121 homes. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments; the public bearing was closed. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council almtthe amended plat of Parkwood Piling 92. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call vote. Caranci yes. DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yea, Domenico yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. City Planner Drina stated that this plat was also a dvelopment plan and the record should reflect the Planning and Development Plan has also been amended by this action. Councilman McDonald moved that Council accet the amended development plan. Se- conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.
