It was ooted that the developers have already received the City's agreement to serve the division both water and sewer facilities. Councilman Caranci stated that be did not feel that the City should okay the use of water without the sewer facilities. Mr. Reich stated that the area could get septic permits from the County if necessary. Mr. turlstated that the staff saw no problems with this request. After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council approve the Paragon Heights water request at this time, with the changed water line route, under the condition that the subdivision connects to the sewer line when it is ready for operation. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, McDonald no Caranci no, DiLorenzo no, Domenico no, DeiPizzo yes. Motion defeated. AUDIENCE COMMENTS RZPACING OF C0MMUNITI Mr. Keith Relart stated that be has re- BALL calved an estimate for the rebricking of the Community building in the amount of approximately $12,000 to $13,000. He stated that this would be the beat way to restore the buiding. It also was noted that the restuccoing of the building was about $3,500. After discussion, Councilman DiCarlo moved that the parks department proceed with the rebricking of Community Hall provided the parks i rec budget has the money budgeted. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Notion carried. CITY ATlORNZY REPORT MAYRQFPSR SUIT Attorney Joss stated that there is nothing new to report. In talking .iththe County Distric Court recorder, if no objections are filed by the City or Mrs. Mayhoffer, then the next step will be the payment.
