Ordinance 0551 - Rater Ratters - first reading Basically this ordinance provides for those things that were discussed at the study session, that would permit the Mayor in an emergency to in- voke watering restrictions. Item 7. CITY ADMINISTRATORS REPORT. A. C. U. Summer Internship Program - Colorado University has an internship program - grant program that is pro- vided through the Public Service Education Act and administered by the Graduate School of Public Affairs. It is a six week program and have approved one of the programs for Louisville. It is an internship for City administration. Actually the City has no obligation to pay any money for this however, some cities do pay additonal money to the grant that the student gets. The question here Council is to approve the internship program for a six weeks period this summer and if Council is agreeable I suggest that the City put up about $200 in addition to the grant that they get. B. Lee & Spruce Street eater Project - I will have for the meeting a projects coat. I would like approval from Council to add that water line project to the ones presently being funded by the Community Development Funds. I have talked with Dave Chenoweth on this. and it appears that it would be permitted and that the money would be available. C. Front Street Storm Sewer Project - We will have for the meeting a memo outlining these project costa which would be added on to the proposed storm sewer project for 1977 and would basically complete the storm sewer needed on old Front 8t.
