A copy of the public, hearing notices are enclosed. I. Ordinance 0549 Ward Annexation. Second reading public hearing. A copy of the public hearing notice is enclosed. J. Ordinance 0550 Ward Zoning. Second reading public hearing. A copy of the public hearing notice is enclosed. K. Ordinance 0552 Milano Annexation.First reading. Enclosed is a copy of the Planning Commission recom- mendation. We also need to set a public hearing date. We suggest the date of June 7, 1977, regular scheduled meeting. L. Ordinance 0553 Milano Zoning First rending. We need to set a public bearing date oa this matter and the suggested date is: June 7, 1977. On all the above annexation and zoning procedures we are enclosing in the packet information pertaining to each one with the Planning Commission recommendation. Item 7. City Administrator Report A. Report on Water Tank - The tank should be completed as of today. They were nearly complete with the fencing yesterday, all the dirt work has been completed, the tank has been filled, tested and should be in use Monday. B. Affirmative Action Program - It appears that it is going to be necessary to add a section to our Affirmative Action Program dealing with the contractors that were for the City. A copy of the proposed change is enclosed in the packet. We also intend to have a recommendation for an Affirmative Action officer by Council meeting.
