The suspension was based upon a terminated <br /> employee having sold about one-half case of beer to one large 17- <br /> year old boy who was attending Campion Academy. Said 17-year old <br /> boy testified at the hearing that the former employee of 7-Eleven <br /> Mt. Floyd gelderhouse, did not ask hi* for identification. <br /> • <br /> Although W.
