■ 410 Gnat Amos Leer , Womb b 8,NIF MINUTES or LaUllilLLB PAS &r 1202ATION MalTiMO. OCTOBER 12, 1977. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman. X. Helart. Members present: E. Helert. L. Springer. J. Purcell. S. Ryan I. Pickett and 1C. Ferrara. Also present: A. Hioco, PAR Director. Absent: Secretary. Marie Blair. The minutes of the September 15th meeting were read and approved. OLD SOS/MESS: 1. The Memory Square patio plan was again discussed by the board. The members are anxious to get this project underway. Chairman said he will see if it can be started by Spring, 1978. 2. Contracts have been signed with McWilliams Heating Co. for the heating and air condition at Community Building. The contractor has 30 days to complete this work. DIRECTOR'S REPORT: a. Revenue deposited with the city to date is $18,000 which is 42% of budget, b. New wrestling mats have arrived. Registrations for the wrestling program will be taken the last 2 weeks of October. The fee which was discussed is $15.00 per child, with a possible $5.00 refund when uniforms are returned. c. Square dancing program on Tuesday nights is going well. d. Shelterhouse for Lake Park has been ordered. Cost of the shelterhouse is $9,874 which includes delivery. e. The status of present board member, Sheila Ryan who has moved out of town was discussed. The board agreed to defer any decision at the present time. CHAIRMAN'S REPORT: • A.
