Others present: City Adainistretor <br /> Wurl, City Attorney Jose, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Santilli. <br /> Absents City Treasurer Hasson. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and City Council approved <br /> the minutes of the October 4, 1977, Coun- <br /> cil meeting as presented. <br /> • <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Councilman DiLorenzo moved that enclo- <br /> surers be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OP b )OD BROS. Attorney Joss stated that the deeds were <br /> DEED - AERPAL & PATETE in order. Councilman Caranci moved that <br /> the Eerpal & Patete deeds from Wood Bros. <br /> be accepted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> REGULAR MEETING RESCHEDULE Mr. Wurl stated that the November 1, <br /> 1977, council meeting is on election <br /> night.and requested that council re- <br /> scedule the meeting for November 2, 1977. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Nov- <br /> ember 1, 1977, meeting be rescheduled <br /> for November 2, 1977. Seconded by <br /> Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> TRACT A PARKWOOD FINAL Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Council <br /> PLAT APPROVAL approve the Parkwood Subdivision Tract <br /> A Final Plat. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DelPizzo. <br /> City Planner ')rw® stated that there were <br /> two changes in the plat. 1. The word <br /> '8aplatted" on the far west side should <br /> be deleted and 2. Harper and Griffith <br /> Streets will be prefaced with "West". <br /> After comments roll call vote was taken. <br /> Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br /> DiCarlo yes, Dhieuz yes, DelPizsto yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 1978 BUDGET HEARING Mr. Wurl reported that all proper notices <br /> had been given and that copies of the <br /> budget and summary were enclosed in the <br /> packet. Mayor Waschak opened the public <br /> hearing. There were no comments for or <br /> against the budget. The public hearing <br /> was closed by Mayor Waschak and City <br /> Attorney Joss read Resolution #10 adopting <br /> the 1978 budget. <br />
