Others present: City Administrator Wert. City - --Attorney Joss, City !Isomer Drumm, City Treasurer Beason and City meek Stahl. Absent: Councilman Dil oar n.so. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes as read. ERCLOSURERS Councilman Caranci moved that the enclo- surers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS COl4 WNYT'Y DEVELOPMENT BLOCK Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. GIANT INFORMATION Mgt. Dave Cb noweth stated that Urban PUBLIC NEARING Renewal has made their recommendations and that the staff recommendations mere re- ceived. Mr. Chanowsth stated that be sawn no problems on the recommendations. He stated that one it was to relocate the library to the community building; however, the cost would be too great. Council asked if it was possible to use the money to expand municipal buildings. It was stated that the funds can not be used for municipal buildings. After discussion Mayor Waschak closed the public bearing and Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Community Development Block Grant as described by the City staff and accepted by the Urban Renewal board be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Dhieux. Roll call. Dhisux yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPiszo yes, Carinel yes, Domenico yes. Notion carried. SPAULDING CONCRETE Councilman DelPiszo moved that Pay Estimate PAY ESTIMATE #1 #1 be approved to Spauld fgrConcrete in the amount of $14,664444 for work the curbs and sidewalks. Seconded by Council- man Mario. Ball call. DelPisso yes. Caramel. yes, Domenico yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried.
