Mothers March on Birth Defects - Mayor's Proclamation. <br /> The persons in charge of this will be in attendance to <br /> hear the proclamation proclaiming January 31. as March of <br /> Dimes Day. <br /> B. Liqour license transfer public hearing Senor T's <br /> We have enclosed in the packet the information relating <br /> to the transfer. <br /> C. Housing Authority Appointments - two vacancies. <br /> This item was tabled at the last nesting to allow time for <br /> the Housing Authority to come up with a recommendation and <br /> also to submit a letter from a third party that indicated <br /> interest. I have not heard from the chairman, Steve <br /> Anderson, so I do not have a recommendation or a copy of <br /> the letter from Mrs. Kissell. If she is still interested <br /> I will submit it on meeting night. We are enclosing the <br /> two letters from Jim Collins and David Stahl indicating <br /> an interest. <br /> D. Kenneth Dukes Construction Pay Estimate #5 Sewer Plant <br /> I have enclosed a copy of the pay estimate in the packet <br /> that has been approved by Noel Hobbs our engineer. <br />
