Be stated that the staff feels .comfortebls with the plan except for the parts that have been noted in the memo's. Mk. Jason Drouilette wee in attendance to answer questions pertaining to the policy. He discussed portions of goals and policy's • in question with council. After discussion Councilman Meier moved that Councils port the Boulder County Comprehensive Plan with the exceptions that the City staff has stated in several different memos regarding the matter. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Roll call. DelPizzo no, Meier yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo no, DiLorenzo no, Kilker no. Motion defeated. TR/ CITY ELKS LIQUOR Attorney oss stated that there are several LICENSE RENEWAL items that need to be-.added to the app- _ lication; however, there would be no problem in accepting the renewal. at this Councilman Caranci moved that the Tri- City Elks liquor license be renewed. Se- conded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE #580 Attorney Joss stated that this ordinance CONTRACTOR LICENSES is making some minor changes in the Mus- t SECOND READING icipal Code dealing with contractors licenses. Attorney Jose then read the } ordinance on second reading by title only. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #580 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call. Meier yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes. Notion carried. ORDINANCE #581 Attorney Joss reed the ordinance on se- LEASE PURCHASE OF toad reading by title only. Councilman TRUCKS DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #581 be 1 SECOND READING adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Meier yeas, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes.
