Ordinance #594 ENERGY STANDROS, THIS MATTER TABLED FROM <br /> LAST MEETING. <br /> B. ORDINANCE # 599, HARPER STREET VACATION, Second reading <br /> ITEM 7. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> A. Housing needs questionnaire will be prepared to give you <br /> a report on what is being done and will be Jistributed <br /> around the city, relates to housing needs . <br /> B. Trailer Rental , Engineer Dept. Request from engineering <br /> dept. to rent a trailer to set out back in parking lot to <br /> be used for the next 3 or 4 months until we get the building <br /> project done. Several PSC people working back there with <br /> no place to work. $235 monthly rental delivery charge setting <br /> up chare $155 plus $45 for return charge. Requesting council <br /> approval to rent the trailer. <br /> C. Industrial Park Phase I Council authorized at last meeting <br /> to award job to the low bidder and amount of $70,000. We <br /> have since sat down and negotiated with Flatirons about some <br /> problem areas, resulting from cutting back the project. <br /> We request that council increase that figure to $75,000. <br /> The $5000 would come from bidgeted street improvements pro- <br /> jects. We do have the revenue to cover this increase cost. <br />
