r' 410 411 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 5 1978 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- tug Council members present: DiCarlo, Caranci, 'taker and DelPisso.absence: Councilman Meier. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer Jictnaky, City Treasurer Hasson and City Clerk Sttaahte ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the August 15, 1978, meeting as submitted. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DelPizzo moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Coun- cilman Caranci. Motion carried. r= COUNCIL ITEMS KELLY LIQUOR LICENSE Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. APPLICATION PUBLIC Mr. David Kelly gave a brief presentation HEARING of their plans and the City Attorney re- ported that all the necessary papers were La order. There were no comments for or against the application. The public hearing was closed and Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor license be approved for B.B. 's Delicatessen. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. Iilker yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yea, Caranci yes. Motion carried. COLORADO CURB & GUTTER Mr. Wurl stated that there was a memo from FINAL PAYMENT-LAKE PARK the City Engineer to pay the estimate, the CONSTRUCTION 101 retainage fee. Councilman Kilker moved that the estimate be paid to Colorado Curb & Gutter for work on Lake Park. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caroni yes, DiCarlo yes, Talker yes. Motion carried. BLOCK PARTY REQUEST Mr. DiSalle requested that Council grant CALEDONIA CIRCLE .them a block party from 4:00 to 8:00 P.K. DAN DI SALLE on September 10.
