Resolution #32 Adopting of 1979 Budget <br /> These should probably be read at the public hearing on <br /> the budget. Also Resolution #33 (I) establishing the <br /> 1979 mill levy should be read during the public hearing. <br /> J. Ordinance #622 Appropriation Ordinance first reading. <br /> This also should be considered at the public hearing. <br /> I. Resolution #34 Track Inn Special use review. <br /> Enclosed in the packet is information relating to this. <br /> In addition -- the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br /> by • 3-2 vote was favoring the special use. <br /> L. Ordinance #623 Aquarius Rezoning first reading. <br /> The ordinance has been prepared on the basis of adopting <br /> it but Council should carefully review Planning Commission <br /> recommendation which has been enclosed.
