Item 5. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. Item 6. City Attorney Report A. Ordinances #614 throught #618 aro the annexation of Boulder County Roads and STC. They are up for second reading and public hes ing. (This includes City Attorney Report items A through E) F. Ordinance #619 Zoning Boulder County and STC This is second reading and public hearing. G. Ordinance #620 Bond Guarantee Farmers Home Admin. Second reading. H. Resolution #32 Adopting of 1979 Budget These should probably be read at the public hearing on the budget. Also Resolution #33 (I) establishing the 1979 mill levy should be read during the public hearing. J. Ordinance #622 Appropriation Ordinance first reading. This also should be considered at the public hearing. I. Resolution #34 Track Inn Special use review. Enclosed in the packet is information relating to this. In addition -- the recommendation of the Planning Commission by • 3-2 vote was favoring the special use. L. Ordinance #623 Aquarius Rezoning first reading. The ordinance has been prepared on the basis of adopting it but Council should carefully review Planning Commission recommendation which has been enclosed. Also, in addition if you would review in conjunction with this, the Boulder County open space letter. M. Resolution #35 Coal Creek Station Filing #2 Final Plat We have enclosed the information as well as the affirmative recommendation fror the Planning Commission.
