Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drum, City Treasurer Beason and City Clark Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the October 17, 1978, Council meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DelPizzo moved that en- closursrs be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS PLANNING AND ZONING Mayor Waschak reported that he had re- APPOINTMENT calved three letters of interest as relates to the vacancy. Robert Hinsberger, Barb McDonald and Larry Marcella. Mayor Waschak appointed Larry Marcella to fill the vacancy. HEIDI MOUNTAIN ANNEXATION Mr. Wurl noted the area on the map and REQUEST stated that if Council does refer the matter to Planning Commission he would like to have the City property, which lies directly north of Ms. Mountains - property, also considered for annexation. Councilman Berry moved that Heidi Mountains annexation request be referred to Planning Commission with a noted that at the same time they consider the City property for annexation. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. . Motion carried. SOUTHLAND LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Joss stated that the applica- RENEWAL tion for renewal is in order and also that the police reports requested were included. Councilman Caranci moved that the Southland liquor license renewal be approved. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS Mr. Jerry Davis asked if there were any plans to by-pass County Road out to STC. Mr. Wurl stated that there were no plans of building a new road to STC.
