W' 411 • _ _ REGULAR METING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL • NOVEITF.R _21, 1'78 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M; with the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator hurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer }lesson and City Engineer Jicinaky. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the November 8, 1978, meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman Caranci moved that enclosu' %rs be accepted and brought up under the a- per head of business. Seconded by Co cilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS AQUARIUS REZONING Mayor Waschak informed the audience that RESCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING the the public hearing on the Aquarius rezoning will not be held at this meeting. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Aquarius rezoning public hearing be rescheduled for January 2, 1979. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berl Motion carried. FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL EVENTS Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. PUBLIC HEARING LIQUOR Attorney Joss reported that the public LICENSE notices had been made. There were no comments for or against the regs:.rst. Mayor t _hak closed the public hearing. Counci. .i Berry moved that the special, events liquor license for December 30, be approvel. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call vote. DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes. Caranci yes, Kilker yes. Berry yes. Motion carried. LIQUC ..ICENSE RENEWJK.S Councilman DelPizzo moved that no public hearings be held on liquor license re- newals. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. City Attorney Joss reported that police reports have been included on all busi- nesses up for renewal. BUNGALOW DRUG STORE Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Bunga- low Drug Store licjuor license be renewed. Seconded by Counctlr.in Berry. Motion carried.
