410 <br /> ADJOURNED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNGIL DECEMBER 11* 1978 <br /> Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. with the <br /> following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, <br /> lilker, and 'MMus*. Others present: City Administrator Wuri, City <br /> Clerk Stahl and Water Attorney Steve Williamson. <br /> WEIb4STEIP AGREEMENT Mr. Williamson reported that Mr. Weinstein <br /> was interested in selling 3/4 share of South <br /> Boulder-Coal Creek Water to the City; however, <br /> in talking with the secretary of the ditch <br /> company it was stated that certificates could <br /> not be made up in increments less than 1/2. <br /> Council stated that feelings on the purchasing <br /> of the water and felt it would be advantageous <br /> to do so. <br /> • <br /> After discussion Councilman Kilker moved that <br /> the City try to buy 3/4 of a share if poss- <br /> ible, if not buy 1/2 share and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign the agreement for the purchase. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br /> Roll call. DiCarlo yea, Meier yes, Caranci <br /> yes. DeiPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> WATER SHARE PURCHASE Mr. Williamson presented his option to <br /> purchase 55 shares of water from a party <br /> interested in selling. <br /> Discussion was held on the option and <br /> Councilman Caranci then moved that the Mayor <br /> be Authorized to sign the Richardson agreement <br /> for the purchasing of 55 water shares. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. <br /> DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, Meier <br /> yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. <br /> CONSORTIUM OF CITIES Councilman Meier stated that the consortium <br /> is discussing pulling out of DRCQG and begin- <br /> ning their own Council of Governments. He <br /> requested Council feelings in regards to this. <br /> Mayor Wascbak reported that the matter had <br /> been discussed before and a letter was sent <br /> to the County supporting the plan for a new <br /> COG. Council, stated that they still supported <br /> the plan. <br /> ADJOURNMENT With no morc discussions Councilman Caranci <br /> moved that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. <br />
