December 5, 1978 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 626 All members of Council had before them <br /> FIRST RRADING a copy of Ordinance No 626 for their <br /> FAIR HOUSING review and files. <br /> Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br /> reading by title only stating that this <br /> ordinance would sake it unlawful to dis- <br /> criminate in regards to housing and real <br /> estate transactions. <br /> Staff stated that this ordinance was pre- <br /> pared to help satisfy some of HMIs re- <br /> quests. <br /> With no other comments Councilman DiCarlo <br /> moved that ordinance No. 626 be put out <br /> for publication. . Seconded by Councilman <br /> Berry. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 38 Attorney Joss read the Resolution in full. <br /> PARKING RESTRICTIONS stating that it had been requested by <br /> two businesses to have parking ;limitation <br /> signs installed for all hours of the day. <br /> After council discussion Councilman Berry <br /> moved that Resolution No. 38, Series 1978 <br /> be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> Council asked about the enforcement of <br /> the regulation. <br /> Chief Munger stated that at this time they <br /> have not assigned the duty of patrol, but <br /> are working on it. <br /> APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY <br /> REPORT Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br /> Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br /> on file. Seconded.by Councilman DelPizzo. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> COUNCIL PAY PERIODS Mr. Wurl stated that with the computer <br /> payments will have to be made monthly. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that authorization <br /> be granted to issue Council pay monthly. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion <br /> carried. Payment will begin January 1979. <br /> WATER SHARES Mr. Wuri reported that Mr. Williamson <br /> would like to purchase 55 water shares; - <br /> however, he did not have the contract <br /> ready for review. <br /> Council felt it would be best to schedule <br /> s continued meeting to discuss the pur- <br /> chase and review the contract. <br />
