410 410 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE C1TY COUNCIL Jam 1979._ Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and De/Pizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, Attorney Rauten- strau City Engineer Richardson, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Parka b Recreation Stahl, Police Chief :;anger, and City Clerk Stahl Absent: Community Devel. Director Drumm and City Attorney Joss. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor L•;aschak and Council approved the minutes of May 15, 1979 meeting as pre- sented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman Kilker moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. ;lotion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS POSS ANNEXATION REQUEST Councilman Caranci moved that the Poss Annexation request be referred to the Planning Commission. Seconded by Coun- cilman Meier. Motion carried. POWAERKORN CONST. Councilman Meier moved that Powderhorn PAY EST. #4 Const. Co. be paid the amount of $111,517.20. FILTER PLANT Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes . Motion carried. POWDERHORN CONST. Councilman Berry moved that the Powder- CHANCE ORDER REQUEST horn Const. Co. contract change order be approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Notion carried. Mr. Wurl reported that the amount of the change is $5,015. DIAMOND CONTRACTING CORP. Councilman Meier moved that Diamond Con- PAY EST. #3 tracting Corp. be paid the amount of MISC. $17. 612 . 64. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Berry yes , Kilker yes , Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. DIAMOND CONTRACTING CORP. Cou^.c;.lran DiCarlo moved that the contract CHANGE ORDER REQUEST chance order for Diamond Contracting Corp be approved in the amount of $16,458.00. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried.
