Minutes - page 4 <br /> September 18. 1979 <br /> OADINANCE READING. 664 All members of Council had before them a <br /> FIRST Z_UBGM UMW espy of Ordinance MO. 664 for their re- . <br /> view and files. <br /> Attorney Jos• read the ordinance on first <br /> reading by Cocci Meier moved that Ordinance <br /> No. 664 be ordered published and a public <br /> hearing be scheduled for October 16. 1979. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo <br /> Attorney Joss noted that the reason for <br /> the different publication is that a stoning <br /> hearing cwt be published for a longer <br /> length of time, than the annexation notice. <br /> ORDINANCE MO. 665 All members of Council had before them a <br /> ALLEY VACATION copy of Ordinance No. 665 for their <br /> JUGANOS REQUEST review and files. <br /> Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br /> reading by title only stating that this <br /> ppperroperty dealt with the John Ju4ganos pro- <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br /> Mo. 665 be ordered published. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Meier.
