Superior and the shopping center well within the 1SZ capacity they still have. Mr. Wurl noted that the state responded that the propsed interceptor will serve the C.V.M. which the state is in opposition to along with the proposed development to be included in the balance of the area. In another section of the report from the City they note that they would be concerned if the provision for sewer service in Superior were to subsidize in any way, the C.V.N. construction. Hr. hurl stated that he would like to follow up and their response and send a letter to some influential ,legislators and inform them of what is going on with Governor hired officials as they are taking state laws and bending them to suit their own philosophy. Mr. Wurl read a law regarding determining the suitability of a site location for any sewage plant, treatment plant, inter- ceptor or pumping station and that the commission will consider the long range planning for the area and the consolidation of plants interceptors and umping stetionsi to stop the building of small plants, etc along the highways. Mr. Wiwi requested Councils permission to send the letter in response to the letter received by Superior from the State Officials. Councilman Caranci moved that Mt. Wurl be allowed to send a letter to state legislators informing them of the state officials actions. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. APPROVAL OP BILLS City Treasurer Reason read bills totalling $139,398.23. Councilman Caranci moved the bills be accepted and checks issued. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. ADJOURNMENT Councilman DiCario moved that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at g*22 P.M.
