Motion <br /> carried. <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 664 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 664 on <br /> FAUSON ZONING PUBLIC second reading by title only, stating that <br /> HEARING it was published in full on September 19, <br /> and the notice of public bearing was pub- <br /> lished on September 26, and October 3, 1979. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public bearing. <br /> There were no comments, public hearing <br /> closed. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br /> No. 664 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Maier. <br /> Attorney Joss reported that the tract is <br /> .413 acres and the zoning requested is <br /> Residential Low Density. <br /> With no other comments roll call vote was <br /> taken to adopt Ordinance No. 664. <br /> Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, Berry yes, Caranci <br /> yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> APPROVAL OF CITY ATTORNEY <br /> REPORT Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br /> Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br /> on file.
