110 <br /> . <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 16.. 1979 <br /> Mayor Waschak called tbr' regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.K. with the <br /> foil Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Rifler <br /> and �sso. Others present: City Administrator Marl, City Attorney <br /> Joss, City Eyngiaeer Richardson, City Treasurer Beason, Dir. Community <br /> Development Rupp, Dir. Parka b Rae. Stahl, and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and City Council approved <br /> the minutes of the regular October 2, <br /> meeting as presented. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers <br /> be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br /> per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> J.C.G. FINAL PAY EST. Mr. Wurl explained that this final pay <br /> NEW CONCRETE PROJECT estimate has been published and this <br /> would be the payment of monies that were <br /> retained. <br /> Councilman Berry stated that he did not <br /> like having the project broken into two <br /> parts. <br /> After discussion Councilman Caranci moved <br /> that the new concrete roject, part I - <br /> $666.09 and part II - $395. 14 be paid. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Kilker. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> J.C.G. FINAL PAY EST. Engineer Richardson reported that the <br /> CONCRETE REPLACEMENT project is done. <br /> PROJECT Councilman Milker moved that the concrete <br /> replacement project part I - $4,946.58 <br /> and part II - $1,134.08 be paid. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> COLACCI'S LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman Coronet moved that the Colacci's <br /> RENEWAL restaurant liquor license be renewed. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> ELECTION JUDGES b ALTERNATES Councilman DelPizzo moved that all election <br /> APPOINTMENT judges and alternates listed be appointed. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Milker.
