Item 6. City Attorney Report A. Munger Apteal - I have enclosed in the packet a copy of Mr. Monger s appeal which we will report on, either the City Attorney or myself at the meeting. B. McKee Suit Report - Enclosed in the acket is a letter from the Supreme Court setting the date for the hearing. The Attorney will give a brief report on that. Item 7. City Administrator Report A. Cable T.V. Update - I don't have anything specific to offer, but by Monday we intend to develop a calendar that would outline for you what we foresee as a time table and what events will take place. R. Post Office Relocation Report - We have scheduled a meeting on Monday with the Post Office department as relates to their proposed relocation, and we will brief Council on that at the meeting. C. City Hall Financing Report - As you know at the last meeting they had proposed some amendments to the original City Hall financing ordinance that vare not acceptabe to the City. I have since net with thes on several occasions and just now finalizing the proposal. It may come to pass that we have to modify the ordinance somewhat, if so, those will be prepared and distributed on Monday. Basically the difference that we are boiling down to is when the money is collected and hair it is set aside in the City Hall fund. It was their contention earlier that the money would be collected up front in the year and sit in the fund until it was due and payable in December.
