Rick Luce, 187 Harper St. stated that he was concerned about the possibility of Jones Intercable getting ahead of the other interested companies in this ar.4, by not revoking the Mountain States Video franchise, since they have the chance to gain Mountain States Video's pole contract. H. asked that Council keep this in mind. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT „ ,,w�.C,� ORDINANCE NO. 671 Attorney Joss reported that this ordinance MORRISON ANNEXATION was presented on second reading in - CONTINUED March and the public hearing was held. Mr. Joss noted that it was placed back on the agenda to see if Council wanted to take further action. Staff noted that the applicant was not notified that it would be up at this • meeting. Council voiced their concerns about water facilities, but no sewer facilities, and also discussed clustered housing as opposed to the grid pattern. After comments council recommended that the applicant be notified as to the Councils feelings. Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on se- cond reading by title only. Councilman Carnival moved that Ordinance No. 671 be tabled until the staff has time to review it with the applicant, Mr. Morrison. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Ayes: Domenico, Carnival, Fauson, DelPizso, Meier. Noes: Caranci. Motion carried 5 - 1. ORDINANCE NO. 672 Attorney Joss removed this from the MORRISON ZONING agenda until a later date. RESOLUTION NO. 13 Attorney Joss stated that staff has DEFERRED COMPENSATION been working on getting a deferred com- METROPOLITAN LIFE pensation plan for the City employees and have come up with two different ones. One with Metropolitan Life and the other with ICMA. He noted that passing the resolutions would authorize the Mayor to sign the proposed plans and they would . begin in June. Council stated that they would like to see the proposed plans before authorizing
